Serenity Valley Family Dentistry
Serenity Valley Family Dentistry Financing Options
Quality dental care should be within reach for every patient in Fargo and beyond.
Flexible Financing Solutions That Make Your Care Accessible
When patients learn they need dental treatment, one of the first questions that comes to mind is how they will pay for it. That concern is completely valid, and it is one we take seriously at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry. We have built out a range of financing and payment options across both our dental and sleep dentistry sides of the practice because we firmly believe that finances should never be the reason a patient puts off the care they need. Whatever your situation looks like, our team will work with you to find a path forward that feels comfortable.
Financing Information
Payment Options for Dental and Sleep Dentistry Patients
We offer dedicated financing solutions across our practice to ensure every patient has access to a workable option. On the dental side, we work with CareCredit, one of the most widely used healthcare financing tools available. On the sleep dentistry side, we offer iCreditWorks, a similar program used specifically for medical sleep treatment to keep those finances organized separately. In-house payment plans are available on both sides of the practice as well.
Whether you are coming in for a cleaning, a custom oral appliance, a frenectomy, or TMJ treatment, there is a financing path available to you. Our administrative team is trained to walk through the options with you so you can make the decision that best fits your life.
We accept the following forms of payment across our practice:
- CareCredit: Third-party financing available for dental treatment
- iCreditWorks: Third-party financing available for sleep dentistry treatment
- In-house payment plans: Available on both the dental and sleep sides
- HSA and FSA cards: Accepted on both sides of the practice
- Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express: Accepted at time of service
No matter which option you choose, our goal is to make the financial side of your visit feel just as comfortable as the clinical side.
Process
Getting started with financing at our practice is a straightforward process, and our team is here to help at every step.
Schedule Your Appointment
Call our office to schedule your visit. Let our team know upfront if you have questions about financing so we can set aside time to talk through your options before or after your exam.
Complete Your Exam and Review Your Treatment Plan
During your appointment, your doctor will complete a thorough exam and walk you through any findings. You will always be presented with your options along with the pros and cons of each, so you can be part of the decision rather than just receiving one.
Review Your Financial Options With Our Team
After your exam, our administrative team steps in to help you understand the investment involved and which financing tools apply to your specific treatment. We will help you figure out what your insurance may cover and how financing can fill in the rest.
Move Forward With Confidence
Once you have chosen the financing option that works for you, we get everything set up and you move forward with your treatment. Our team is available to answer questions at any point throughout the process.
Financing That Follows Your Whole Health
Dental and Sleep Health Are Connected, and So Is Our Approach to Making Them Affordable
One thing that sets our practice apart is that we treat both the dental and medical sides of a patient’s health under one roof. Sleep apnea, TMJ, tongue-tie, and general dentistry are all part of one picture, and our financing options are built to reflect that. We have intentionally kept dental financing through CareCredit and sleep financing through iCreditWorks as separate tools so that patients with treatment spanning both sides of the practice have a clean, organized way to manage each.
We also offer an in-house dental membership plan for patients who do not carry dental insurance. Launched in late 2024, the plan covers preventive care and provides discounts on additional treatment, giving uninsured patients a simple and affordable way to stay on top of their oral health without the complexity of a traditional plan.
At Serenity Valley Family Dentistry, we have seen firsthand how concerns about cost can lead patients to delay treatment that would genuinely improve their quality of life. That is not something we are willing to accept. Our team takes the time to have honest, transparent conversations about what care costs and what options exist, because helping patients get healthy is the whole point.
Frequently Asked Questions
Financing does not have to be confusing. Here are a few of the questions we hear most often from patients exploring their options.
Does Serenity Valley Family Dentistry Offer Payment Plans?
Yes. We offer in-house payment plans on both the dental and sleep dentistry sides of our practice. These are available in addition to third-party financing through CareCredit and iCreditWorks. Our team will help you determine which option makes the most sense based on your treatment and financial situation.
Can I Use My HSA or FSA to Pay for Treatment?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards on both sides of our practice. These accounts can be a smart way to put pre-tax dollars to work for dental treatment, oral appliances, frenectomy procedures, TMJ care, and more. If you are unsure whether a specific treatment qualifies, our team can help you work through that question.
What Is the Difference Between CareCredit and iCreditWorks?
Both are third-party healthcare financing tools that allow patients to manage treatment costs over time rather than paying everything upfront. CareCredit is used for dental treatment at our practice, and iCreditWorks is used for sleep dentistry treatment. We keep them separate by entity to keep your finances organized cleanly across both sides of care.
Whatever you need
We Can Help with Your Sleep Disorder
Did you know that Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) afflicts at least 25 million adults in the US—as many as 1 out of 5 adults. OSA is the end stage of a disease process called Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB) which afflicts at least 80 million Americans, adults and children. Dentistry has a unique role to identify early signs of SDB and work with your sleep provider to stabilize and change the course of this disease.
