Once enrolled, you receive your included preventive services and a discount on any additional treatment you need throughout the year. No waiting periods, no deductibles, no claims to file, and no insurance company standing between you and your care. It is just you, our team, and a plan that works.
Membership Plans
We offer three plan options designed to fit different stages of life and different oral health needs. Whether you are enrolling yourself, your child, or managing ongoing periodontal care, there is a plan built for you. You can also add family members at any time after enrolling.
Adult Wellness Plan 12 and over
$49/month or $495/year
What's Included in Your Plan:
- 2 routine cleanings per year
- 2 regular exams with cleaning
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1 set of bitewing X-rays per year
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year as needed
- Up to 15% off additional treatment (some exclusions may apply)
- Most HSA and FSA cards accepted
- Save $300 or more
Child Wellness Plan 11 and under
$40/month or $399/year
What's Included in Your Plan:
- 2 child cleanings per year
- 2 fluoride treatments with cleaning
- 2 regular exams with cleaning
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1 set of bitewing X-rays per year
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year as needed
- Up to 15% off additional treatment (some exclusions may apply)
- Most HSA and FSA cards accepted
- Save $200 or more
Perio Maintenance Plan 16 and over
$105/month or $1,052/year
What's Included in Your Plan:
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- 2 fluoride treatments with cleaning
- 2 regular exams per year
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1 set of bitewing X-rays per year
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- Up to 15% off additional treatment
- Up to 20% off periodontal therapy (some exclusions may apply)
- Most HSA and FSA cards accepted
- Save $400 or more

The plan and any discounts included do not cover procedures performed outside of our practice. Payment is required at time of service. Some monthly payment plans may include a one-time activation fee.

When more of your family enrolls, your savings grow. We offer 5% off for households with four or more family members enrolled in the plan. Each family member can be enrolled in the plan that fits their individual needs, whether that is the Adult Wellness Plan, the Child Wellness Plan, or the Perio Maintenance Plan. You can add family members when you first enroll or at any point after your membership becomes active. Our team is happy to help you figure out the right combination of plans for your household.

Enrolling in our dental savings plan takes just a few minutes, and your membership becomes effective immediately after signing up. There is no waiting period, so you can call to schedule your first appointment as soon as you are ready.
1. Choose Your Plan
Review the Adult Wellness, Child Wellness, and Perio Maintenance plan options and select the one that fits your needs. If you are unsure which plan is right for you, our team can help you decide when you call.
2. Sign Up Online
Complete your enrollment through our secure online portal. You will need your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth to get started. Payment is accepted via all major credit and debit cards and most HSA and FSA cards.
3. Membership Becomes Effective Immediately
Once enrolled, your membership is active right away. There are no waiting periods before you can use your included services or treatment discounts.
4. Schedule Your Appointment
Call our office at your convenience to schedule your first visit. Our team will confirm the correct membership plan for your needs and goals when you come in, and you will be on your way to better oral health from there.

No. Our plan is a membership program for prepaid dental services offered directly through our practice. It is not insurance and does not involve claims, deductibles, or annual maximums. It is a simpler, more direct way to access the preventive care you need and save on any additional treatment throughout the year.
When does my membership become active?
Your membership becomes effective immediately after you sign up. There is no waiting period. Once you are enrolled, you can call our office to schedule your first appointment whenever you are ready.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay for the membership plan?
Yes. Most HSA and FSA cards are accepted for membership enrollment. These accounts are a great way to use pre-tax dollars toward your dental care, and our team is happy to help confirm whether your specific card is accepted when you sign up.
